A nice easy day as we drive into Kent to visit the Polhill Garden Centre at Badgers Mount.

Originally a nursery for chrysanthemums and bedding plants this garden centre has developed into one of the largest in this part of the country. Amongst the normal products you expect to find such as plants, garden furniture and implements, there is also bedroom furniture, clothing, a fantastic fruit and savoury pie shop, butchers, and grocery shop. Enjoy morning coffee, delicious, sweet or savoury treats and hot food at Novell’s Restaurant or Novell’s Coffee Corner. At this time of year, the garden centre is full of Christmas decorations and an ideal place to get those stocking fillers.
