At C&J Tours, we understand that your holiday is important to you which is why as a husband and wife run company, we pride ourselves on providing a friendly, quality service where every customer is important. Reputation and reliability are important to us. Plus, our company is personal to us. As a company we are not about being the cheapest or the biggest. We are honest, friendly and reliable, offering that something extra which can be lost with the bigger companies.
We are only too aware of the prices of our holidays for 2026. We have done all we can to keep the prices as low as possible, whilst at the same time trying to cover our costs. Hotels have had to increase their prices to stay in business, some considerably so, and this is reflected in our prices. When comparing our prices to those of other companies, please compare like for like. Don’t forgot that our holidays include an included excursion programme. Also, please bear in mind that C&J Tours is a husband and wife run company operating just the one coach, and a handful of holidays a year. We do not have the buying power of larger companies that are putting a coach into the same hotel for 40+ weeks of the year, as such we cannot match their prices.
A C&J Tours holiday is different to many other coach companies. Many of the larger holiday companies do not own all or if any coaches at all. The coaches may be painted in their colours and with their names on, but they are hired from separate coach companies at rates that suit the holiday company not necessarily the coach company. This way the holiday company does not have to face the costs of running and maintaining their own coaches and can keep the price of their holidays low. We operate our very own executive coach, a top of the range, environmentally friendly, Mercedes Benz Tourismo, which features an on-board toilet, reclining seats with adjustable foot and arm rests, climate control, USB charging points, complimentary WiFi, hot/cold drink facilities and is maintained to a high standard, regardless of cost. Once you step aboard our coach at one of our convenient, local pickup points, you are shown to your seat, which is yours for the holiday. There are no feeder coaches or taxis to worry about, there is no waiting around at a coach interchange and swapping coaches and there is no overnight travel or ridiculously early starts. All our holidays feature interesting, well thought out itineraries, with an included excursion programme so there are no optional extras to pay for. Our itineraries make for value for money holidays that are comfortable and enjoyable. No excessively long days and doing too much or too little in a day. Plus, our itineraries are planned so that we stay within the very strict rules and regulations regarding driving hours and working time directives. We don’t use fancy sales gimmicks to get bookings and get you to part with your money, just good old fashioned customer care. We don’t do constant cancellations. We may have to cancel the odd holiday, but we will try and operate holidays even if bookings are low that way you as our customer have the confidence to book with us.
Your money is safe with us! In accordance with the UK Package Travel & Linked Travel Regulations 2018, all monies paid to C&J Tours for our holidays are fully protected by Financial Failure Insurance arranged through Yelden Insurance Company Guernsey Ltd.
