Pitlochry is one of the most beautiful little towns in the Highlands, once a quiet weaving village, with the coming of the railway it became a popular place to visit and stay. Today Pitlochry is still a popular place, set in the Perthshire hills, in the geographical centre of Scotland, it is an ideal centre from which to enjoy the magnificent scenery of the surrounding mountains, lochs and moors.

SCARBOROUGH – Yorkshire moors autumn tints

Originally a fishing port, Scarborough became Britain’s first seaside town after its waters were deemed to have medicinal powers in the 17th century. Known as the ‘Queen of the Yorkshire Coast’, it is as popular now as in its Victorian heyday, boasting dramatic cliffs and castle headland, award winning beaches, historic harbour and a booming town centre. Nearby, the North York Moors National Park, home to the largest area of unbroken wild heather moorland in England provides a beautiful contrast with spectacular views.
LITTLECOTE HOUSE & Bath Christmas Market

One of our Warner Leisure “Turkey & Tinsel” breaks, offering a relaxing, complete adult only holiday. Littlecote House, on the borders of the Cotswolds, is a superb Grade 1 listed 16th century Tudor mansion in a spectacular setting. Hosting Tudor monarchs, Civil War captains and Regency nobles and an occasional friendly ghost, it was here that Henry VIII courted Jane Seymour. During the week we visit the UNESCO World Heritage City of Bath and its famous Christmas Market and enjoy a scenic drive through the beautiful Cotswolds.
